Broke fast but not breakfast

I don't really want to go to whole food just yet but had some broth, broth with an egg whipped in and cooked, some green tea, and some of my kefir apple mix.  I just had a bit of an orange segment too.  So I am eating some whole, but keeping it light.  I'm not sure if going straight to meat and eggs in the morning is wise but maybe just some poached egg and an orange.  It's easier to eat light now, my body doesn't complain.  If I continue eating really light, not only will my food last longer but I'll still lose more weight.  I'm about 15lbs above my target weight, although modern medicine would tell me I need to lose 25 more pounds or more.  The BMI standards I always found to be far too low.  I was 139lbs and all muscle in Vancouver just from biking up and down the hills and eating lightly.
Frankly I've been very hungry and down to one meal every 24 hours and significantly less than it takes to power the day, so it's not like I haven't had some fasting experience.  Enough to embrace the hunger cravings instead of fear them.  I sleep better on an empty tummy too.
I've been researching water fasting as that's what I in fact was doing, though I didn't know it. I mean, my head was suicidal, but I did know about fasting and that it wasn't urgently dangerous.  That was why I also quit water, but in fact that only lasted 24 hours and maybe that's also good in a fast since it was pretty much dead middle of the fast.
So as happens when the toxins come out, I had some puzzling events.  I quit pooping, then a couple days later, started sharting!  I even got a single turd one day, out of what?  That quit today but my period started, another reason I broke the fast.  Losing blood interferes with fasting I figure.  So I began researching and discovered water fasting is a thing.  I never knew.  Some people go 3 weeks, 5 weeks, crazy long times on nothing but water!  Also, though, the exhaustion and feeling unwell that I've endured is said to be caused by the toxins coming out of the fat cells being burned all over.  What's more, my energy is returning at the speed declared, but then I also started that coconut water a couple nights ago, one per evening.  Dan and I were both worried about falling electrolytes and it's good for that.  Plus I'm pretty sure it's ketogenic in spite of the sweet.  Certainly I'm taking in far less than maintenance calories anyway.  Ketogenic is when your metabolism is geared for fat burning instead of carbs, like in fruit or grains and some veggies.  So I'm focusing on alkaline foods and such to keep my reset body in a better state
So from suicidal to health nut again.  It's that caretaker nature of mine.  I like taking good care of anything, including my body, the humans and animals around me, and inanimate things too.
