Damn snow is depressing!
Actually, I think maybe I haven't been eating well enough for too long and that's the bigger problem. I've cut out the non-paleo stuff but have instead been fasting mostly because there's a freshy shortage and besides, I don't have time to cook when I'm creating. that's the worst part. I get my head in the computer, drawing and fussing and cussing and time flies by in leaps as though it were sped up. I don't know why. Knitting and painting slows time down. It doesn't help that I spend a lot of that time waiting for the fucking thing to catch up or finish it's autosave. I had to set the autosave to 30 min intervals. It takes almost two minutes to complete, and I wasn't getting anything done.
I'm also really sick of the food choices around here. It's become too much of a monodiet and anything good requires a good two hours of labour on my part. It's tedious and again, takes time away from the creating. since I get consumed by the creating, it's not about preference but that I can't do regular things and creating in the same shift. Just can't. Creating a multi-shift project asks 10 hrs per session usually and not much I can do about it. I even resent quitting for bed.
and I'm going ot go back into the hell that is sketchup now. it's hell, but it' salso the only 3d app I can use at all, so I suppose one might say it's the shallowest level of hell. I liked wings 3d, I wish that was still around. it'd be great for making things for the printer. But then I think I can make things with sketchup. I think Dan does. We'll see. I may well make the trailer, using card stock for the structure and printed objects for the furnishings.
thing is, today I got a new idea that is well worth exploring, so I won't be working on our model, I'll be fussing with a new plan completely rearranged and potentially very different, wherein the two bedrooms are stacked instead of two separate lofts. One gets a nice generous walk-in feel but is narrow, the other has more floor space but you can't stand up. the lower one could also include a nice work table if you make it with a murphy bed and you know I want to! OMG, we could possibly use Dan's constructed bed for the job too. Bye now, gotta go create!
